Yes. "Clank" then it stops cranking engine over. It's a very metal sounding clank too.
Battery is fully charged. |

| ok, went to start the bike and fuel pump kicks on, then goes off. Hit the starter and it turns over for a second then i hear a loud CLANK. Bad Starter? |

The power lead comes off a switch.
Positive lead comes from Battery to fuse then to the relay, then to the power lead. The switch is tied in with the power lead...I hope that makes sense. I have ... |
