I am quite certain the rear leak is the o ring on the output shaft.

It's in Canada and appears to be EU model. No O2 sensor.
The miss is always present when at steady speed. Hard to notice when cool and more noticeable in hot weather.

The problem does show at cool engine and ambient temps.
The problem is almost subtle. Most wouldn't notice it unless they know K bikes.

My '95 LT stopped using oil when I switched to Mobil 1 15W/50 a few years ago.
